[FEATURE] Enable intercalary days inside months #281

In Barbarians of Lemuria, some "special" days are inserted inside months, with position varying from year to year. Example : The special day "The Great Day" is inside the Vina month, at a specific "date" decided by priests. The day is inserted, and does not change the amount of days in the mount.

Example : Month of Vina -> 30 days usually, but "The Great Day" is inserted at day 14. So :

Right now, this kind of structure is not possible with current SimpleCalendar(as far as I understand)

Also need that for a Laelith game, month structure is the following: week 1, week 2, monthly liturgical holiday, week 3, week 4, god's day.

I'll take a look at the code and propose a pull request if it's a simple modification.

Me too!! For a GURPS game with custom calendar: two 7-day weeks, then market day, then again two 7-day weeks, then an unholy day. They are like above inserted between. I imagine blank column entries in weeks in which this day does not appear. So, like this e.g.:

Could you add this feature in the near future?

I am working on a large update right now and I am hoping to incorporate this into that update. That said I do not have an estimated time when it will be done. I just do this for fun in my spare time and the holidays will keep me quite busy.

Thank you very much for your great work! I really appreciate it and look forward to the update. My players will be thrilled to see that calendar filled with all their adventures in thr notes section. And it would be an easy way to keep track of how much time they have left until the next full moon.
