Upon further study, I find I may have misunderstood some of the primary information. The principle seems to be that Celene is full during the length of the holiday weeks. Thus, Celene's first fullness would be on the first day, and it would continue full until the last. However, since the phase calculations seem to be limited to 1 day or calculated fraction of the cycle, this is still not possible to implement, as far as I can see.
Describe the bug When using the provided Greyhawk calendar, the phases for Celene don't line up properly. Specifically, Celene is suppose to be full on Godsday of each festival. Instead, Celene is full on Coldeven 2, Wealsun 2, Harvester 2, and Sunsebb 2.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior Celene should be full on the midpoint of each of the four festivals.

Additional context I resolved the problem by correcting one inconsistency in the official description of the Greyhawk calendar. Because the new moon is the basis for the phases, but the new moon is not connected to the festivals, I adjusted the reference new moon to Goodmonth 14. Thus, with 1 day phase lengths for the new, first quarter, full, and last quarter, the full moon always falls on the midpoint of one of the festival weeks.
This is essentially an error in the official description of the phases of Celene, since I believe it gives the new moon on the 15th of the month, but I decided that the festivals were more important and adjusted the calendar accordingly.
I'm attaching a zip of my calendar backup if that would be useful. simple-calendar-export.json.zip
