It would be great if there was an easy was to create a link in a journal that will open the calendar to a specific date. For example, in a journal entry have a link showing "January 5, 2023" that can be clicked and opens the calendar positioned to that date. It will readers to open the calendar and see any notes attached to that date.

Describe the solution you'd like With the calendar open to the appropriate date, click on the day and drag it to the journal, creating a link. When someone reads the journal and clicks the link, the calendar opens positioned on that date. Other approaches are ok so long as players don't need to see/understand the specific text string in the journal.

Describe alternatives you've considered I have created a macro (available on request) that can be inserted to a journal and the display text modified to the appropriate date. While this works, it has to be manually entered and having to explain it to players (and ensure no typos) is somewhat challenging.
