refactor to standard http and https request

• why?
  • need a better close mechanism that actually closes the xhr request (think http is doing that just fine now)
  • also http in newer node versions (from ^4) uses the same handeling of sockets as hquest
• figured out some stuff thats strange in webpack
  • seems http in webpack uses a priority queue that favours get requests (need to verify)
  • solution might be to require the browserify http/https modules and require them
