Add function that removes generated content #18

Leaving only the original "placeholder" comments. This function can be undone by running vdoc again. This way you can remove all the generated clutter from your README to edit it with less pollution, then run vdoc again and you're back!

As for usage, perhaps something like vdoc --clean?
