Doesn't get webhooks #22

If I launch a packer-server locally and push a new version of the app it's watching, it doesn't get the update. Seems that git-spy is not working.

It works on the servers though. It doesn't work locally because the port the git-spy server is running on is not available from outside my local network (where GitHub is). So git-spy is working after all :)
