Stop git-spy from requesting all sorts of file from GitHub via the API #29

These requests are made to diff files and we don't need that. Also it sometimes busts the GitHub rate limits

I've completely removed all file fetching for now. We weren't using the diffs anyways , and it was causing all sorts of problems
