[Cache] Double check cache headers #4

Some things may be a bit strange for the mtv implementation of the packer server (we need to double check the ferry repository to check if shawn did something special with 'edge' headers) If it is special for mtv we need to add the posiblity to require a script in the packer server for specific repos. Fortunately @marcusbesjes made a really nice system for this in dowhap so should not be that hard to fix.

we're gonna handle this with AppCache in the browser, so a new module will be created for this
