[Cache] Needs a cache system #31

for sbs we dont use a cdn so we need to get a internal cache system. When this is done we can remove the akamai cache crap on mtv as well

There is already a caching system. Disable it by adding &cache=false to any request. Otherwise it is enabled by default, except for POST requests, where caching isn't supported
