Better format for the prices #23

Look at http://drupal.stackexchange.com/questions/76403/round-commerce-price-in-tpl-php-or-template-php how to change the prices, so they are outputted as we ususally do in DK :/

4.095,00 is the Danish format and I think the ,00 should ever be used as we are always having the amount without 'øre'.
