Add ability to turn off the userscript design changes for chat #57

I like the new design, except on chat. It'd be nice to be able to get the current chat design without having to disable the userscript.

I'm trying to do this, but local storage is kept separate between subdomains. Does anyone know of an alternative solution?

A cookie seems to work fine in place of localStorage..
