Does not work on HP Pavilion dv5-1022eo Entertainment Notebook PC #63

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Rebooted and try to reinstall

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I get error message when trying to reinstall after reboot: "Driver support
for multiple fingers is already enabled but the driver still doesn't report
multiple fingers. Either you haven't restarted the system yet or your
TouchPad doesn't support mulitple fingers."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

File version: 1.0.6.0
Win7 64bit

My Synaptics Pointing Device driver is: v13.0.4 (from HP's website).
