VISTA 64 NOT WORKING #78

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i installed, restarted the system but i got this error message: 

Driver support for multiple fingers is already enabled but the driver still 
doesn't report multiple fingers.  Either you haven't restarted the system yet 
or your TouchPad doesn't support multiple fingers.

I AM USING A SOFTWARE CALLED "GMOTE" THAT ENABLE MOUSE GESTURES, MAYBE IS
THIS CAUSING THE PROBLEM?? 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
