Font Selector: Users can now select any font via this command to use
Font Favorites: Users can predefine font profiles to use and quickly access them via this command
In ST3 you can optionally preview the fonts as you highlight them in the quick panel (Font Selector | Font Favorites)
Generate a preview of all fonts via the GenerateFontTest command

Users can define their preference of comment style to use (single | block) if available. If a certain style cannot be found, it will default to the other or to none.
Now supports toilet fonts (.tlf) as well as figlet fonts (.flf)

Line ending normalization has been fixed (sublime handles line normalization on saves; sublime view buffers should only have '\n' written to them

[development] provided scripts that can be run from the command line to pack and unpack all fonts.
[development] pyfiglet was reverted back to near original form (with only minor changes for the sublime environment) allowing it to run from command line to test out fonts etc., and run inside sublime. Sublime specific changes are handled in subfiglet which is derived from pyfiglet
There may be things I have forgotten. If you need a cleaner pull request, I can rebase all of this. I experimented with a lot of things, so there is a bit of changes and revert of changes etc. When I first forked, I didn't intend on doing all of this...I guess I got carried away :). Let me know if there are things you don't like or changes you require.
