resend activation #101

In current version, it seems that activation is sent to user only when they 
first time register account.

But if users don't receive the activation mail or miss it, there is no function 
for them to resend activation.

Therefore, they can't activate their account, can you add a function that allow 
user to resend activation to their mailbox?
