I have code mods that appear to overcome 32K row limit

Went into the VBA and modified a bunch of dim statements plus maybe 10 other 
lines.

Am testing it, will let you know if I find any inherent problems.

I'm running on v16 of the EE edition connector, Windows7 and Office 2007
