evo 8 mono outputs #1

Hi, first of all, I'm so happy to have found your project.

I recently got an evo8 interface that I want to use with 4 mono outputs. Unfortunately it seels the hardware default is to have the outputs on stereo out (and completely disregard the kernelside outputs).

While this seems straightforward enough to implement, I don't have access to a windows pc (or vm) to capture the usb packets.

Would it be too much to ask to try to capture the packets that get sent, when the outputs are set to mono in the EVO software? I would gladly implement the code changes and test it.

Hi glad you find it useful. Unfortunately I no longer own this device nor have access to one, so I cant do it. It's definitely possible to run wireshark in a VM and pass through the USB, quite easy to do in Virtual Box, Windows 10 can be installed without a key although I think some features are disabled until it is activated.
