Add "main" page of documentation, to appear when calling ?bdvis

Maybe it would be useful to add a package-level help file, accessible via ?bdvis comand, that briefly summarizes the possibilities of the package and provides citation info, as well as the available functions? Not mandatory, but really helpful IMO..
