Add terms to "standard" statuslist in DwC2taxo #102

Suggest adding the following terms to statuslist because they are used by GBIF:

doubtful ( these will end up as blue names...) proparteSynonym (another kind of synonym, comes with an accepted id) - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synonym_(taxonomy)#Other_usage

Also found a value misapplied in GBIF. Need to check what that is.

note that heterotypic synonym and homotypic synonym are not being handled (those rows get stripped).
