Add backup/restore feature. #36

All backups need to be timestamped and possibly go in /backup folder (mounted as volume in docker).

Closing this issue. We use django which uses some underlying database (we use SQLite). Whichever option a user picks, they will have their own process to have backups.

Best is the code that was never written!
