1) due to lack of proper traceability maintenance between requirements specifications and test cases there is critical defect leakage was happened in last release ( myf3) SWEET100

1) need to work with respective repositories SPOC to understand the integrity, traceability of the work products 2) need to give user stories and task to be created to track the progress of the work 3) need to discuss with saravanan and other leads regarding this issue to resolve and update status to philippe 4) as per DDCR requirements, all releases/ packages related documents should be shown in zip format, currently team it is not fully following due to lack of awareness so need to facilitate and recommended them to upload all required artifacts.
