Free-positioning of nodes does not work under Gnome (Alt key is intercepted by win-mgr) #126

Under Gnome (and apparently KDE also), it is not possible to freely
position nodes in Xmind.

The solution is to use some key other than Alt for this.

(Under Gnome, Alt-click-drag moves the entire window).

Better yet, allow the free-positioning key/key-combination to be
user-configurable (e.g. in the Preferences->Keys dialog).

One workaround is to begin dragging the node before pressing the Alt key, but 
this
takes a bit of getting used to.
