Open/save dialogs *always* start in /usr/local/xmind. #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose open or save from File menu
2. Dialog comes up with current directory /usr/local/xmind

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Dialog should come up in user's current working directory, or somewhere
where the user stores mindmaps.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu 9.10 (installed from xmind-3.1.1.200912022330_amd64.deb)

Please provide any additional information below.

The user would expect open/save dialogs to start at one of the following
three locations instead:
1. The user's home directory. (OK)
2. The current working directory when the user ran xmind (usually
defaulting to home directory, documents directory or desktop if xmind is
run from a menu or desktop icon). (Better)
3. If an open/save dialog has been used this session, then the directory
where the last file was opened/saved. This is very likely to be a place
where the user stores many mind maps. (Best)

Note that /usr/local/xmind is owned by root. On a properly maintained
system it is *impossible* to save mindmaps in this directory. Therefore it
is the worst default location for the program to use.
