Feature Request 'Show/Hide Relationships' #169

It would be very helpful to have a show/hide relationships button in the
view menu, as adding relationships is an excellent tool when exporting to
html. But makes managing a mindmap with 50+ relationships a nightmare. 

Another option could be to provide a relationships view, similar to the
outline view in order to manage relationships without them being drawn to
begin with. Maybe call it something different?
