Cancel hyperlink doesn't remove hyperlink #175

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a topic hyperlink to an existing topic
2. Right click on the topic with the newly added link
3. Select 'Cancel Hyperlink'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The hyperlink should be removed. Instead, the hyperlink persists.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XMind 3.1.1
OS X 10.6.3

Some additional information:

If the topic that contains the link is selected, 'Cancel Hyperlink' does work 
as expected.

To reproduce this issue, click on the icon for the hyperlink (e.g. "T" icon for 
a topic link), then try to cancel the hyperlink.
