Marker icons are too big in comparation with default font size or hyperlink, Notes icons. #180

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What about SVG?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 3.1.1

marker is used to attract reader' attention, so it's a litter big. 
you can use the markers with smaller size.

It would be possible to allow change picture size as user preferences? My idea 
is fixed size or tied with a topic as N times font size.

agree, it will be nice if we (as the user) can change the icons size in 
preferences.

BTW, is there any way to make and pack the customized markers?
