Download for binary zip forbiden

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to xmind site, section download
2. Try to download zip file binary
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /xmind-portable-3.2.0.201009142023.zip on 
this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an 
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

this is caused by our host service provider, site5.com. It closed xmind service 
when too many download requests although we bought unlimited plan.
