Configure formatting for new nodes #203

This is somewhat related to #104.

I came from FreeMind and am finding XMind much better, but I am a bit
frustrated with XMind always choosing the default format for new nodes. I was
using FreeMind's auto-format feature which is nice, but a bit inflexible. I
like this because I don't have to worry so much about formatting and can
concentrate on content.

When on a node and I hit enter to add a sibling, I expect the sibling to have
the same format, but it goes to the default. Since I imported from FreeMind
with the auto-formatting enabled, each level in the tree is differently
formatted. But as I add new nodes in XMind, the formatting is not kept. In
FreeMind this is an option on how to format siblings, children, etc.

* Allow specifying the default format for new siblings/children of a node. A
choice of either explicitly, as "default", as "no formatting" or "same as
current node".

* Add pre-defined formats with hotkey support. Freemind does this (although
poorly IMHO) named "Physical Style"

* Related to the last point, add some sort of an auto-format like FreeMind has
which allows each level to be formatted like Heading1-Heading5 in a document.
It would be nice to be able to specify defined formats for each level in the
config.

* Allow reformatting an entire document based on an auto-format like config.

XMind does allow users change the default theme and even design your own
themes.
As for topic or line style, you can see some pre-setting style in the style
view too.

There are more details about how to apply theme/style to element, and how to
design your owns.

I see. Much of what I am looking for appears to be in the pro version only (ie
creating styles/themes). However, there seems to be no support for hierarchy.
That is, I want all level 2 nodes in the map to be style Foo. When I apply a
theme, this also does not change as the theme specifies. For instance, I apply
the "XMIND Business" theme, but this does not change the node styles as shown
in the preview (ie yellowish rounded corner level 1, square level 2, etc).
Instead all that really changes is the colors and line styles. Perhaps this is
because I have overridden the theme with a custom property on all the nodes (ie
because I imported from freemind)? However, I cannot seem to find a way to
remove all properties from all nodes and go with the themed versions. Is this
possible to strip all individually applied properties so that only
themes/styles are used?
