Export should create .PNG instead of .JPG for mindmap pictures #21

> What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open or create an arbitrary map
2. export as HTML with overview picture [1]
3. The exported pictures are all JPEGs

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect pictures that show a clear representation of the text and graphics
of the parts of the mindmap. Instead I get JPEGs with all the ugly
artefacts they are unfamous for.

> What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 3.0.1 on Windows XP

> Please provide any additional information below.
For "drawing style" and text representation pictures JPEG is the least
suitable file format. You should use a format with non-destructive
compression, like PNG.

[1] I have set it to German; it reads "Überblickblid" which is a typo, BTW.
It should read "Überblickbild".

For management reasons, I suggest you report the typo as another issuestart

We had tried the PNG format but found it 4 to 6 times slower than the
compressed JPEG. I think this is a
bug of SWT and we are definitely pleased to use the PNG format as soon as they
fix their bug.

A configuration option that leaves the decision to the user if he/she wants it
"ugly
but fast" or "pretty but slow" would be a fine solution. At least to me.
