No drill-down icon or way to insert one

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a topic and press <F6> to drill down.
2. Create some content on the drilled down page
3. Press <shift-F6> or press the drill up marker.
4. The original topic (containing the drill down content) does not display the 
drill-down marker/icon.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to have either an icon automatically, or a menu / context menu to 
insert a marker indicating that there is drill down content

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

XMind 3.2.1 on Ubuntu Maverick 10.10 (Linux 32 bit)

I see in this comment

drilled down map must include a floating topic for the drilldown icon to show 
in the upper-level map.  Definitely not intuitive to me, but at least I 
understand the restriction now.
