The orientation of printed maps #34

- What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I setup my map for print in a vertical layout
2. I use the print command
3. The printer outut is set in horizzontal layout

- What is the expected output? 
The print should be tailored for a vertical layout

- What do you see instead?
A map printed in an horizzontal layout, with a very little character set

- On what operating system? 
windows XP ver 2002 pro SP 3 

- Please provide any additional information below.
We're working on an international project in UE... it can be a very good
visibility opportunity for your sw project... but this problem is breaking
for our purposes... :-(

This issue is caused by the unavailability to obtain the printing orientation 
user chooses from Eclipse SWT. 
Maybe we could do some change in the future.
