P2 does not install after installing XMind #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install XMind into an Eclipse workspace (not RCP)
2. Restart Eclipse
3. Try to install some other plugin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is an installed other plugin, instead P2 tells that
there are incompatibilities (but these incompatibilities are not caused by
the new plugin - the list is attached to the issue).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The current (3.0.0.200811102307) version of XMind, version 3.4.1 of
Eclipse, and we could reproduce the problem on two different machines, one
running Kubuntu 8.10, while the other running Mac OSX 10.5.5.

Please provide any additional information below.
After the install succeeded and the restart is running, Eclipse starts
really slow, and does an indexing of the plugin, and detects some local
errors (these errors are also present in the attached log).

XMind works correctly in our tests.

In version 3.0.1 the problem looks solved: both our tested computers work
correctly
inside the Eclipse IDE, there is no collision with the plugins of Eclipse 3.4.1
and
XMind.
