What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As with any printer, you expect to see the print job go to the print queue.
It does. You can even pause the printer and inspect the properties of
that print job, etc. Everything seems in order. When you unpause, the
print job disappears and nothing happens.
If you check the event viewer (under WinXP Administrative tools -> control
panel), you can see the error was caused by a Win32 error from the print
processor.
The strange thing is this happens with some maps and not others, I could
not correlate it to any particular map feature, so I no idea why this
happens (attached example with everything except central topic removed,
still won't print). Printing the same maps to an physical printer works.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Xmind Pro 3.2. Win XP 2002, Tablet Edition SP3
Please provide any additional information below.
I want a highly legible landscape view of my mind map in PDF. Exporting
from Xmind Pro to pdf at best only prints portrait, so I have to resort to
using 3rd party PDF writers such as CutePDF 2.7 or Bluebeam PDF Revu 7.0.
