Feature Request: Keyboard-only creation of relationships #77

It would be nice if you could create relationships between notes without
using the mouse.

One possibility is to have the following work.

1. Press Ctrl-L to add a relationship
2. Press Ctrl-F to find another node
3. Have the relationshiop automatically be drawn between the initial node
and node found when the dialog is closed

Issue 74 mentions that they're considering improving keyboard access 
efficiency.  I'm
not sure where the/any discussion on this is.
