F4 should map to Close Part as well #8

There is currently no default keyboard mapping to close the Notes part.

I suggest binding it to F4. That way, pressing F4 will cycle around all 
three modes (popup, part, no part).

To commit notes change in the popup mode, press Ctrl+Enter (Command+Enter on 
Mac). This binding is 
available in Preferences -> Keys.  Anyway, it is preferred to show a tip of 
this binding in the popup dialog, and 
provide a keyboard shortcut to commit changes in the Notes view as well, but 
that's another story.
