Room admins #104

Add the concept of room admins (by default, the creator of the room is an 
admin). Admins cannot be kicked by others, and even if they leave an 
invite-only room, they can get back in. They can also grant admin powers to 
others.

How to full delete a Channel?

Right now this isn't possible either. You can make the channel invitation-only, 
and then have all the members leave (or /kick them), but the channel will still 
exist, even when it has no members.

Deletion is something else that we could add once we have a full admin mode.

Is it possible to full delete a channel now? or, change the room ID?

I think admin has private code.It should user can't kick admin.

someone  can help me!!i was created my partychat@ and then we were chat almost 
2week with about 50 people,just now we can not chat..so what should i do?i was 
created 2 party...the one is still(:pls)
