App could store logs in datastore and display them from the web frontend.

Rooms should be able to set logs on/off/private (only visible to users in the 
room)

Open questions:
* Who sets the room's privacy?  Anyone?

Any user could issue a command while in the room and "catch up" on missed 
messages. Only those messages posted since the user went offline would display. 
If the number of messages is very high then perhaps paging could be used.

Ideas for the command name: /catchup or /log or /dump or /review or /history or 
/recent
