Form Elements not showing #35

Hello Team,

Tried using this fantastic library, but after using the test input JSON, majority of the form elements are not showing, the only form element that showed was the "choose" button to upload images.

Please what could cause this issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you guys.

the fonts are missing you should place the fonts folder (from the Library sample) in your assets directory.
