Missing config.h #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compiling 0.6
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should compile, but complains of a missing config.h instead. I just 
created it empty and it seems to work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

The config.h is needed by event.h , and it is generated by libevent/configure.

Remove dependency of libevent/config.h in version 0.9.0
