Things that we need to mention so that people don't get discouraged by errors:

OPENAI_API_KEY needs to be set to run default config
extral lines needed to run sample code in jupyter notebook:

Will remove prompt-engineering based detectors from the default config (increased barrier for entry + cost to try out the default setting). I'll make it clear that the API key needs to be set for prompt-engineering methods.
