WinRT? #135

Do you have any plans to add support for the C# side of WinRT to the code? I'm 
using this library for WPF and WP7, so it would be great to stay compatible 
from an API standpoint.

I suppose I could easily wrap the C++ source with WinRT classes where 
necessary, but I'd probably go with your implementation if you added it.
