disabled some dev code i was tinkering with it wasnt finished and got pushed by accident its been disabled until further notice main goal of said code: users could set a spawn point/ how big spawn would be and it would create a WG region for said area

Please pull requests for major changes or release versions only ;) That way its easier to keep track off and I dont have to merge on a daily basis.
