Interface for general image settings #126

It would be useful to have a separate interface for general image
information that would include things like the image title, the canvas
size, maybe the root SVG's viewBox... Things that don't change much during
editing, and thus do not need to be visible until requested.

The interface should probably appear similar to the View Source option.
