Incorrect selection box size for resized text in Firefox 2 #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a text element
2. Change the font size
3. Move the text element by dragging it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The selection box should be the size of the element, instead it seems to 
suddenly jump back to the original size.

In Opera 10 on Windows, and Opera 9.60 on Ubuntu, at r486, the size of the 
bounding
box of a resized text is incorrect, it becomes correct the next time you select 
the
element.

It is also incorrect on Safari / Windows.

This happens even when you haven't moved the text by dragging, just at resize.
