Provide a grid to help positioning elements on the canvas #131

It would be a rectangular grid which could be configurable in pixels width
(x) and height (y), and origin.

Maybe with snapping if it's possible?

This would help for drawing slides or graphs (and other things).

The grid could be visible (enabled) or not.

This button/control would go in the same UI area that the wireframe mode (Issue 
106)
would go.
