Error encountered during conversion. Input WordPress document is not valid XML!! #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export file from wordpress.org and save
2. Attempt to convert XML file
3.

What is the expected output? Trying to convert Wordpress.org to Blogger XML.  
What do you see instead?
Error encountered during conversion.

Input WordPress document is not valid XML!!

Error appears around line 9817, column 8
