Unable to import Comments from WordPress blog

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Exported a month's worth of POSTS/COMMENTS from WordPress blog and download 
export xml file.
2. Use http://wordpress2blogger.appspot.com/ and convert to blogger-export.xml 
file.
3. Import the blogger-export.xml file to BLOGGER.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Posts import properly.  
As comments are imported, I saw these line errors as the convert tried to 
process: "Entry 2, id='post-1236.comment-311', Failed to process entry. null" 
Comments, not only ARE NOT imported, but when selecting COMMENTS from Blogger 
dashboard, I get this error message:
"We're sorry, but we were unable to complete your request.
When reporting this error to Blogger Support or on the Blogger Help Group, 
please:
Describe what you were doing when you got this error.
Provide the following error code.
bX-9va9jm
This information will help us to track down your specific problem and fix it! 
We apologize for the inconvenience"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

have similar problem.
tried to convert by different ways: via web engine and via command line tool 
(result files size is different, hmmm). After importing wordpress xml to 
blogger, posts imported well, but comments not. I can't even see comments in 
blogger administration WUI, got error.

Is any kind of docs for current blogger xml file format available?
Blog converter engine is VERY old (last release was at 2010).It looking like 
some changes was made in blogger, but not made in converter.
