Error reading/parsing specified PDF file #110

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in applet use method appendPDF and specify not existing URL 
2. jzebraDoneAppending() will fire, but there is no exception in 
applet.getException() (you can see exception in log)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect in jzebraDoneAppending() to get exception with applet.getException()

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jZebra 1.4.5
Win 7
FF 17.0.1.
Java Plug-in 10.10.2.18
JRE version 1.7.0_10-b18 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
