I need to store translated data in excel file and using those data in my 
webproject.
Is it required to take licence of google API.
what is procedure for getting licence.

You should check with the Google Groups for the Google Translation API, this is 
just an issue tracker for a Java library that connects to the API and has no 
licencing constraints on the data you access.
