What steps will reproduce the problem?
Run the attached sample program.  It translates "ID" from English to Hebrew.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected result:
מק"ט

Actual result:
The " is escaped as "

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8; all.

Please provide any additional information below.
Possibly working as designed?

Thanks for the bug report, a fix for this has been added to the latest SVN code 
and 
should be in the next version.
